Product Description
Fins are the basic components of plate-fin heat exchanger,on which heat transfer to be finished depends.In order tomeet various requirements of heat transfer,various types ofins are used.There are many types of fins,among which,offsetfin,wavyfin, louvered fin are commonly used by our company 
The plate-fin cooler is mainly composed of the core, the heads on both sides,the connecting pipe and the mounting bracket. The core of the vacuum brazed cooler is composed of a cover plate, a partition plate, a long seal, a short seal, and inner and outer fins. The components are brazed into a whole in a vacuum brazing furnace. The baffle is the basic heat transfer surface, the fin is the secondary heat transfer surface for enhancing heat transfer, and the seal is used for sealing.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, Manuwell pack our goods in wooden boxes . If you have legally registered patent, We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2 How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take one month after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, Manuwell can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: Manuwell can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
